Trivly — Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Trivly account and all associated data at any time.

In-app (recommended, instant)

Open the Trivly app
Tap the ⚙ gear icon on the home screen to open Profile / Settings
Scroll to the bottom
Tap Delete account and confirm twice

This permanently removes your Firebase Auth account, your Firestore profile (username, settings, streak, friends), all your leaderboard entries (weekly, all-time, annual), and any locally cached data on the device. Irreversible.

We’ll process the request within 7 business days and confirm when complete.
